Accessibility
We build this site to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, the same standard we build every site to.
What that means here
- Proper headings and landmarks, and a skip link on every page.
- Menus, tabs, the questions list and the theme switch all work from the keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Text contrast meets AA in both the dark and the light theme.
- Every screenshot has a text description.
- The cursor stops blinking and nothing animates if your device asks for reduced motion.
- No sideways scrolling at phone, tablet or desktop widths.
Known limits
The portfolio shows screenshots of websites. Each one has a text description, but the words inside a screenshot can’t be read aloud by a screen reader or resized on their own.
